about

For my fifth album, I decided to take a left turn and do something completely different from what I've previously done.
Inspired by music I've been listening to for the past year or so, I wanted to experiment with the idea of creating music that doesn't follow the typical, linear format that most songs follow. I stopped thinking about the structure and stopped worrying about the length and duration of a song. Whatever idea flows through my head, whether it's 3 minutes of progressive music or 8 minutes of a minimalistic and ambient composition with very few key changes, that's how the songs ended up. I took what I've learned from the past of making music, threw away the rules I had made up in my head previously, started fresh and made the music that I actually was interested in making.

I hope you enjoy it.
Take care.
